TTNPB (Arotinoid Acid)是一种有效的泛PRR激动剂,能够抑制all trans-retinoic acid与RARα, β, 和 γ的结合, IC50分别为5.1 nM, 4.5 nM,和 9.3 nM [1]。TTNPB不影响PDK1, ADRP, UCP3, GLUT4和ANGPTL4的表达水平[2]。TTNPB能增加小鼠JEG-3细胞RAR的转录激活,作用于mRNAα,β,γ的EC50分别为2.0 nM,1.1 nM和0.8 nM [3]。TTNPB能高效的诱导人iPS细胞和ES细胞IM细胞分化 [4]。TTNPB浓度依赖的减少ES-D3细胞分化 [5]。
